This is an 8-week course that meets twice a week in Locust Grove. It involves practice in stretching, breathing exercises, self-defense moves and the Chon-Ji form. There is also a poetry component! It is free of charge and open to any area adults. Come check it out and see what you think. No risk. No obligation! You don’t have to know anything about any of the above techniques.

The course is taught by Master Paul Flaherty, who has many years of experience and teaching practice in various martial arts disciplines. We will learn the breathing exercises, known as Pa Tuan Tsin and the Chon-Ji form, as Flaherty learned it from Master David Fishinghawk.
