ROMP Writers Club is a writing group for people ages 13 and up who want to write and share their writing with others. The only requirement is that you read each other’s work as much as you share your own.
ROMP Writers Club is facilitated by ROMP Director Shaun Perkins who has decades of experience leading writing groups and writing workshops. The environment is inclusive, safe, and helpful. Members choose their feedback options–from positive only to revision feedback.
The group meets the 2nd Monday of each month from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Free, light refreshments are served.
All types of writing are encouraged: poetry, fiction, nonfiction, etc. To sign up, please email Shaun at ROMPoetry@gmail.com or stop by the museum. Bring a short draft of something you are working on to the first meeting.
