
This ongoing class meets three times a week in Locust Grove. It is a low-impact full-body workout with stretching, breathing exercises, self-defense moves and forms. There is also a poetry component! There is no fighting or sparring. Everything is non-contact.
It is free of charge and open to any area adults or children if accompanied by adults. Come check it out and see what you think. No risk. No obligation! You don’t have to know anything about any of the above techniques.
If weather is bad (rain, heat, cold, etc.), the class meets inside the store. The course is taught by Master Paul Flaherty, who has many years of experience and teaching practice in various martial arts disciplines. We will learn the breathing exercises, known as Pa Tuan Tsin and the Chon-Ji form, as Flaherty learned it from Master David Fishinghawk.

A signed registration form is required before you can participate in the class. Forms are available at the class when it starts or you can download one here and bring it with you.
